Online Tours
The Key West Aquarium is pleased to offer Skype Tours of its facility for schools and groups. The tours will allow for live, remote access with a guide so no matter where you are located your classroom or organization can enjoy the Window of Wonder that the Aquarium is. Tours are designed by age group and each tour comes with an educator study guide. More information about our online tours
Refunds
How can I get a refund for my ticket? Please go to refund information. I could not use my Ticket. What should I do? All etickets are good for 6 months from the date of purchase. If you purchased tickets and were simply unable to use them, you can keep your tickets and use them on a future visit, or give them as gifts (and you’ll also avoid any price increases).
